Fasting=can be done anytime, anywhere, any fashion, and any religion status.

Breakfast literally means=Breaking the Fast.

From Dinner last night, your midnight snack, your sleep hours up until the first meal of the next morning or early afternoon for late schedules; you are fasting before breakfast.

Make the most of your Natural Life Fast,

Practice Yoga or an exercise routine, *You cannot eat much before fitness anyway, it upsets the stomach and digestion.

• Use Guided or quiet meditation practice. This can be 10 minutes to 3 hours of meditation, it depends on the comfort level, skills, experience, studies, and your schedule. Meditation does not have to be spiritual in nature. Your will find all over the USA; individuals will use meditation for de-stressing and relaxing the nerves.  You can combine prayer if you wish.

• You can do this at home, office, lunch break, school campus, est. No limitations for the serious minded and Driven.

• Send wishes, special requests, good intentions, prayers, and love to your Mother and Father God, Christ, Saints, Transcended Masters {Saints or holy Deaths, qualifies many listed as Ascended Masters by Church Officials}.

You are Nourished beyond food, Mind, Body, and Soul.
